"Our water heater decided that it would leak out all over our basement for the holiday and since it was close to a weekend we didn't get the go ahead from insurance until Monday afternoon. I called Richard and he said he could be here shortly to replace it and gave a fair, affordable quote. True to his word he was here quickly and got it replaced. He was professional and friendly and took the time to make sure he didn't leave a mess. I am thankful that I was able to find such a great company. Although I hope I don't need him again, he will be my first and only call if the need arises."
