"We had a drain issue, where our pipes got clogged up and backed up / flooded into our laundry room and basement. Richard came out within the next day to help break up the blockage and appreciate that he explained why and what he was doing.
When the blockage happened again a few days later, he was kind enough to come out again at no additional charge to make sure we were taken care of.
Very honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him for plumbing."
