"Richard installed my gas hot water heater. He was completely professional and courteous and had immense knowledge about plumbing systems. He was mindful of working in the house by laying down canvas over the carpet so that he wouldn't soil it and by cleaning up during and after the install. He was also more than willing to answer the numerous questions I have and gave me hints on how to get the most use out of my hot water heater.
