"I had a leaking toilet that despite all of my efforts, continued to leak. I called Robert Workman based on his web site. Robert showed-up when he said he would. He replaced all parts to the toilet and we thought the leak was resolved. Yet the toilet started leaking again. I called Robert and on his own, he returned my check. We talked and decided that I should purchase a new toilet, which I did. The next day, Robert, again showed-up when he said he would and installed my new toilet for a very fair price. Robert is now my go-to guy for any plumbing needs."

Though there was some confusion over the job and the price (NOT Richard's fault, but the fault of the contractors used by Home Depot), I was very pleased with the results. If I had any plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to use Richard again."
