"My experience was great! My main line was backed up and Richard! came over on time and ready to fix what was going on. He Asset the areas throughout the house. He ran a line down our main toilet and the line came through into our other bathroom into the toilet and cracked it. He told me what happen and that he was gonna go to Home Depot and get us a new toilet but had to go to other jobs before hand. I said that’s fine he apologized. I was very happy that he fixed his mistake. He came back on time with a new toilet and a mop! It’s cause before He left I told him I didn’t have one and there was water all over my floor I was using towels. I only have one of those swifter mops that don’t soak up. He said he felt bad. Told him that was very nice of him I thanked him. I also said what kind of plumber buys you a mop? Obviously a good one and Richard is a good guy! Anyway he figure out where the main line was on top of the roof! He ran a snake down it and fixed the issue! I’m so happy that I can do dishes and laundry again lol!!! Everything was done for such a good price. I’m very happy and I’m definitely wanting him to come back and fix one other issue with my sink. my pipes are done wrong sadly. I asked about my garbage disposal cause it shoots water up in to the sink. He explained to me what was going on and gave me an estimate. I would recommend Richard and his company to everyone! Also this guy deserves some major appreciation this company has a good worker."

"I called Richard the morning after our basement flooded and he was here so quickly to repair our sprinkler spigot that had caused the leak. He was incredibly professional and friendly! He took the time to explain what had caused the leak and what to do to prevent it. He also fixed other small plumbing issues in our kitchen and bathrooms. You can truly tell he cares about his customers.Thank you! 100% would recommend!"
