"Called today due to our water heater leaking & needing to be replaced. I called 3 different places for estimates. Workman was fairly priced & Richard came over within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. He got the work done very quickly & went above & beyond helping us contact Rheem to use our warranty which cut down on our overall costs. Would definitely recommend!"

"Richard did a great job installing my new water heater. He was very informative and respectful from start to finish. I got an appointment quickly and the work was done in less than a day. The job was quite complicated as you can see from the photo. He installed a new thermostatic valve and expansion tank. The water heater was heavy (225lbs empty) but with an assistant he was able to get it down my basement stairs no problem. The pipe welding was clean and has no leaks or burn marks. There were no hidden costs, the price I paid was the price he quoted at the start. I will certainly call Richard again the next time I need plumbing work."
